Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Rynoflx, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return, refund, and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- The request must be raised within the specified time period
- A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, incorrect, or defective products
Products failing quality checks may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Innerwear
- Socks
- Caps
- Perfumes
Exchange-Only Category
- Stringers are eligible only for size exchange and cannot be returned for refund.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Exchange Charges
A nominal fee of ₹40 per product will be applicable towards:
- Reverse pickup handling
- Shipping costs
- Operational charges
Exchange Process
- Submit an exchange request through our support team or website.
- Reverse pickup will be attempted within 24–48 hours (subject to service availability).
- Once the product is picked up or confirmed in transit, the replacement item will be processed and dispatched.
Important Exchange Conditions
- Products already exchanged once are not eligible for another exchange or return.
- Items must pass quality inspection before approval.
- Missing tags, damaged packaging, or signs of use may lead to rejection.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Wrong or missing item complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Requests beyond these timelines may not be entertained.
Return Charges
A ₹100 reverse shipping and handling fee per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable
- Applicable to both prepaid and COD orders
Return Process
- Submit a return request with required proof (including unboxing video where applicable).
- Pickup will be arranged within 24–48 hours.
- Once received at our warehouse, the product will undergo a quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be initiated after applicable deductions.
5. Refund Timeline
- Refund processing may take 10–12 working days from pickup completion and quality approval.
- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
- If your refund has not been received within 15 business days after approval, please contact our support team.
6. Failed Delivery / NDR Policy
For prepaid orders returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
a deduction of ₹100 may be applied towards shipping and handling before processing the refund.
7. Reverse Pickup Policy
- Reverse pickup availability depends on courier serviceability in your area.
- Pickup will generally be attempted twice.
- If pickup attempts fail, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our designated return address.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Incorrect item
- Missing product
- Manufacturing defect
Please contact us within the applicable reporting window and provide:
- Order number
- Clear product images
- Packaging images
- Continuous unboxing video
After verification, our team will provide a suitable resolution, including replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.
